KnightArts Reviews ‘Pleased To Meet You’

Chip Schwartz examines the work of our new NAPOLEON members in ‘Pleased To Meet You’. He discusses each artist’s use of materials – pointing out the incorporated layers of wood grain and stained oak in Alexis Nutini’s work; the juxtaposition of materials in Christina Day’s found objects; and the “multimedia constructions” and “mid-progress engineering projects” of Matt Ziemke.

Schwartz writes:

The artists all have quite divergent processes, and yet the objects they create alternate in the gallery for a visually stimulating introduction to three fresh, new faces to the Napoleon community.
