Tasha Lewis Gets a Shout-Out From Made In Slaint

In the online art and design blog Made In Slaint, Tasha Lewis’s cyanotype sculptures and impromptu installation style capture the attention of Eyeswoon.  The reviewer writes:

Lewis spontaneously installs her herds of butterflies in urban spaces. Just this month in September installations were found at Swarthmore College in PA, on a fire hydrant in the Navy Yard, Philadelphia, and on one of Steve Tobin’s outdoor sculptures near Quakertown, PA. The multidisciplinary artist says, “My goal is to create a very ephemeral public spectacle that toes the line between subversive and lyrical.”
