Just a friendly reminder – Register to VOTE by Tuesday, October 9th!
Thinking about not voting? Not sure who to vote for? Already chosen your candidate? Wherever you are in your thoughts on this topic, consider this; last night Jon Stewart and Bill O’Rielly went head to head in a debate at George Washington University to argue their positions on “polar opposites side of the political spectrum.” After the 90 minute exchange, O’Reilly had this to say to reporters:
“The display that you saw tonight is why America is America. Robust, creative, no holds barred,” O’Reilly told reporters after the debate. “You can call it whatever you want, but you wouldn’t see this in a lot of other countries. That’s for sure.”
That’s right. We have the freedom to any opinion we wish in this country, the right to talk about it, and the responsibility to VOTE.
Voter registration for the general election on November 6th, ends this Tuesday, October 9th!
And did you hear? The PA Voter ID Law, necessitating every individual at the polls to have a strict photo ID, has been BLOCKED by Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Simpson, making it even easier for you to get ready for the big day.
