Negotiations with the Other Side is a solo exhibition by interdisciplinary artist Sascha Hughes-Caley. Her work uses humor to explore existential metaphors while comprehending the mundane and mystic. Staging shame, failure, and reenactment, the artist navigates the convoluted experience of time, presence, and character in physical and digital space. The installation features recent photo-based works along with performance, sculpture, and video surveying power, collaboration, and impending doom.
